Features
Knitted elastic bands are knitted through warp knitting and weft lining. Under the action of a warp hook or tongue needle, it is inserted into a knitting chain, with each knitting chain lined with weft yarn. The scattered knitting chains are connected into a belt, and the rubber thread is covered by the knitting chain or sandwiched between two sets of weft yarns. Knitted elastic bands can weave various small patterns, colorful stripes, and crescent edges, with a loose and soft texture.
Our knit strap has different thickness. We have 42#4 thin style, 37#6 medium style and 32#8 thick style.
We have 3mm-60mm wide knit strap in stock ready to ship. For other size, it can be can be customized.
Knit strap can be produced very fast. It is the most effective and economic way to build elastic straps. It usually has very obvious texture and good elasticity. Usually, the elongation is around 2.3 times of its original length. So, it is very comfortable to wear.
